3. Hosting and Uptime: The Service includes integrated hosting. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access due to necessary maintenance or force majeure events.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

1. Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to publish illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing content, or to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others.

3. License to Us: By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display Your Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

6. Termination

1. Right to Terminate: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms, including non-payment of fees.
2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account may be deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. As Is Basis: The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind.
2. Damages: In no event shall our company, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
